[The kitten behaves, giving his owner a reproachful look before snuggling back into the long multicolored scarf looped around the Doctor's neck.]

I was hoping to have a nice picnic today, but the weather's not behaving. Didn't think it would, but you never know.

Sooooooo I had a better idea. Whoever wants to can just come over for tea! Just...mind Master's workroom. Weeell. You wouldn't be allowed in there anyway, so it hardly matters that the roof's missing.
